BIG UPDATE!!!!

So it's been a while. Life truly took over, and I honestly don't know where to begin.
I imagined being a mum and keeping up with this blog an easy thing to achieve, how wrong was I? I have so much to update I feel like I'll be typing away for ages. So this is probably going to be a long one.

Firstly a quick update on the kids (yes I said kids!!!)

Grace is doing amazingly well, she's 2 and a half! How the hell did that happen? She's in nursery five days a week, although it is just 3 hours in a morning, but I'm not complaining. She really has turned into the sweetest little girl, she is so caring and loving towards her little brother, we'll get to him in a moment, she knows a few colours, can count to 3, potty training is in full swing (I will do a post dedicated to potty training) and she's always singing and dancing, mainly to make her little brother laugh. All in all she's come on so much since starting nursery in September and I'm so glad we made the decision to send her there.

Now then my little munchkin, Jackson Leonard Bell.
I'm wanting to write a whole post dedicated to each of my children so I won't go into too much detail.
We had Jackson on the 7th of March 2016, so he's now 11 months old, again I can't believe how quick kiddies grow up, you blink and they're already turning one! He's such a happy little boy, he's sitting up, clapping and waving. It's true what they say about boys though, he is very, very lazy. He's not crawling yet but it doesn't seem to bother him, he's happy just rolling mulching about like a slug.

Anyway all in all life is very busy at the moment and to tell you the truth I love it.
I'm hoping to get a few more blog post up over the next week.

Having A Break Is OK.

Having Grace has by far been the hardest thing I have ever had to do in my entire life, that being said it is the most rewarding, and I wouldn't change it for the world. However, and I'm sure many mums have found themselves thinking this at one time or another, I NEED A BREAK! I even feel bad just saying that, how could I possibly need a break from my own baby? What kind of mother does that make me? This past week I really have found it hard, but I have learnt that it is OK to need some time to yourself every now and again, you wouldn't be human if you didn't. Grace has been especially hard work this week, she has developed a dislike to me, yes me her mother, which makes it a million times harder to do, well anything. The only person she seems to like at the minute is her daddy, which is just too cute, but not very practical when he works all night and sleeps in the day. This is what inspired me to write this post. You will need a break every now and again, and it's ok…

Grace's 9/10 Month Update.

WOW! 10 Months. I know I do this every month, but it really is going so quick. I have already started planning her 1st birthday. (It makes me want to cry just thinking about how much she's growing up)

Grace can finally roll over properly. Front to back, back to front. It's amazing. She's been doing it for a while now. One day she just could do it, and now there is no stopping her.
Crawling is still a work in progress. She shuffles backwards on her belly, and she can do 360 turns! The most movement she does is the bum shuffle, although it's not a full bum shuffle. I'm crossing my fingers that she will soon be fully on the move, however I am also dreading the fact that I while have to baby proof my whole house!

Weaning is still going amazingly well, I couldn't ask for a better eater. She really does like everything. Finger food is going slightly less better, she has tried little sandwiches, which she mushed into her high chair, among a variety of other things. …
